Idiot's Delight!

Well folks, first let me wish everyone the best of holiday seasons! That means a belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

As usual, we have in the last week or two seen idiocy and ignorance on display for all to see, be it the Global Warming garbage, terrorism, Iran and so on. Where to start? Well, as we all know I'm slightly Anti Obama. So let's start with out moron in chief. And for those who don't like that term ( I was taken to task for this the other day), to bad. I respect the office, but I sure don't have to respect the man in it!

I'm including a piece from Ben Smith's column the other day as to the Copenhagen fiasco below.

"Copenhagen was a disaster. That much is agreed. But the truth about what actually happened is in danger of being lost amid the spin and inevitable mutual recriminations. The truth is this: China wrecked the talks, intentionally humiliated Barack Obama and insisted on an awful "deal" so Western leaders would walk away carrying the blame. How do I know this? Because I was in the room and saw it happen.

China's strategy was simple: Block the open negotiations for two weeks, and then ensure that the closed-door deal made it look as if the West had failed the world's poor once again. And sure enough, the aid agencies, civil society movements and environmental groups all took the bait. The failure was "the inevitable result of rich countries refusing adequately and fairly to shoulder their overwhelming responsibility", said Christian Aid. "Rich countries have bullied developing nations," fumed Friends of the Earth International."

Mr. Smith made the point that the president fought for what he wanted and China told him in effect to F... Off! He notes that the world blamed the rich countires for not doing enough and so on and so on. Then we get Madame Hillary offering $100 billion a year to help the poorer countries clean up their act. Can we all say "what a Crock of Shit?! The U.S. is bankrupt (Health Care Reform, Cap and Trade, and all the rest of this radical Socialist agenda not withstanding) and now the administration wants to transfer more wealth to the poor countries? Guess what Hillary and Obie. I don't want my money to go to anyone that refuses to help themselves! Socialism at it's core, pure and simple. And all the while, China goes happily on it's way. The sad part is that so many people actually believe the big bad U.S. is the problem. I'm sick of our political elite bending over and taking it up where the sun doesn't shine and paying for it! Another monetary mandate we cannot afford!

One other thing on the climate change issue. I believe in Climate Change. It's called Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall.

Now to Iran. This happens to be from Fox but is in fact out everywhere.

"Iran will possess the technology to build a nuclear bomb by early 2010 and be able to produce one the following year, Israeli media quoted Israel's defense minister as saying Monday.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak delivered his assessment before the Israeli parliament's defense and foreign affairs committee. It broadly matches assessments from other nations including the U.S., which estimates that Tehran could produce a nuclear weapon between 2010 and 2015"

Again, we're shocked at this? Whether you like Israel or hate them, one thing is and always has been true. They have without a doubt the best spy agency in the world. If the Mossad in fact says Iran is close, they are close. As the Iranian government is now at war with it's own people, it is even more important attention is paid to the bomb effort. The morons there are mad and full of hate. I'm sure, we're still supposed to have a dialogue with them so we can understand why they dislike the West so much. Poppycock!

Now, on to Katie Couric. I actually was watching her when she said the following.

"I think the economic situation in this country, I think when people are struggling, that sometimes they need a place to vent their rage and to channel their rage.
And I think -- I feel like right now, in many ways, we're a very angry nation, and whenever I think it's never -- it's not going to get more polarized, it seems to. But it all seems to be expressed through a prism of anger and disgust and disrespect, which I find really, really troubling."

I still cannot figure out how this condenscending bitch is anchoring the news. I for am not angry per say. I am sick and tired of being told I hate, I'm racist, etc. because I oppose bad policy. This president and his main lackys are Socialists! Everytime I say this, I'm accused of hate. Bull Shit! To bad Katie as most of the others have forgotten what journalism is. Poor Walter must be rolling in his grave! He didn't espouse his liberal views until after he retired. Class act to the end.

Finally, this from the Times Online (UK).

"The man who allegedly tried to blow up a transatlantic passenger jet over Detroit has reportedly claimed that he is one from a production line of terrorists that has been trained in Yemen by al-Qaeda.
Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who is charged with the attempted Christmas Day bombing of Northwest Airlines flight 253, told FBI agents others with similar training to him were now ready to launch their own attacks, according to the US network ABC.
The claim came as al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula released its first communication since the failed bombing. In a written statement it called on "the people of the Arabian peninsula" to attack American military installations, ships and "spying embassies".
Fanatical Muslim terrorists have been experimenting to avoid searches. A senior British security source said: “The second novel device to emerge from the Yemen in recent months leads one to wonder if the al-Qaeda R&D [research and development] department has moved there.”

Wow! What a shock. The radical muslims still hate us! They're still training people to kill Westerners. And the head of Homeland Security has her head up her you know what. "We blew it and didn't perform as we should have". No Kidding! Thanks to this bozo of a president and his left leaning, cowardly cabinet, we are once again in a pre 9/11 mentality. Guess what Mr. President. You cannot talk to madmen and radicals! But you know that! You and your followers are madmen and radicals. We can't talk to you either. You villify us and call us haters or worse, just as is going on in most of the third world! So, I guess I shouldn't be surprised they are getting bolder. After all, strike when you sense weakness. It's the radical way.

Sorry about the length today. So much more going on. The more I see, the madder I'm getting. Point in fact. A leading Democrat made the point that the "Cadillac Tax" (tax on high priced premiums) IS NOT A TAX! It's a road to financing Health Reform. And there are people out there that will actually believe this tripe! And folks wonder why this country is in trouble? Between the costs we aren't being told about as well as the real cost, we are in deep DOO DOO! Has anyone had the balls to ask any of these idiots how they feel about bankrupting our children, our grandchildren and the country in general. How about it President Bozo, Harry or Nancy? Do any one of you have the balls to answer that question? NOT! Why answer an honest question when it's so much easier to openly lie over and over to an apparently acceptable public.
