Government Corruptness. When do "We The People" Yell Enough!

One has to sometimes marvel at the sight of politicians and their ilk when they are caught with their pants or panties down. They lie, cover up, mislead or change the subject to cover their asses. Their lapdogs in the press steer as well as the “advisers"  (I refer to the completely asinine defense of the Golfer in Chief by the nimrod Axelrod below as the perfect example) away from a subject or try as always to shift the blame and as they believe their indoctrination of the electorate is such that they will continue to swallow the bullshit.  But then, what should one expect when their sad sack leader himself, after being asked a question about the IRS AFTER AN IRS REPRESENTATIVE ADMITTED WRONGDOING ON THE AGENCY’S PART, starts his answer with “if these events occurred”! 

Moron Alert! Yo Obama! Your agency admitted wrong doing and after the fact you inject the words “if they did it”? What am I drinking here? Is it me or do you really want me to believe this kind of balderdash? You learned it from the news? That could very well be the biggest line of horse shit fed to the public in eons! And you expect respect from people who can do simple things like read, analyze and figure out the truth? You hold your elitist ass as so superior that you and most politicians actually now believe that the public will buy the lies! So what do you do? You double down at Ohio State!

“PRESIDENT OBAMA: Unfortunately, you’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems. Some of these same voices also do their best to gum up the works. They’ll warn that tyranny always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices. Because what they suggest is that our brave, and creative, and unique experiment in self-rule is somehow just a sham with which we can’t be trusted.”

 You have the nerve to tell us we should in effect reject the truth and follow you in lemming style to the abyss, never questioning the fact that in the end you are nothing but a lying no count! How dare you lecture me as to what I should think and question. Just who in the hell do you think you are? And don’t feed me that shit that you are the President! A real President of this country would be extolling the very virtues you are trying to squash!

Let’s look at a couple of things that are a clear indication of a lost in space sad sack leaderless administration, one that puts their phony baloney power ahead of all else including this country’s guiding principles.

I referred earlier to the asinine statement by David Axelrod below. Basically he is trying to convince the public it’s not poor Barak’s fault. The government is too big and he can’t be responsible for everything. Bullcrap!!!!

“If you look at the Inspector General’s report, apparently some folks down in the bureaucracy, and you know we have a large government, took it upon themselves to shorthand these applications for tax exempt status in a way that was, as I said, idiotic, and also dangerous because of the political implications,” [David] Axelrod said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“Part of being president is there’s so much underneath you because the government is so vast,” he added. “You go through these [controversies] all because of this stuff that is impossible to know if you’re the president or working in the White House, and yet you’re responsible for it and it’s a difficult situation.”

And then we have this. I mentioned earlier how our so called fearless leader used the words “if these things happened” in response to a question about the IRS. Something that had been going on for over a year and he learned about it in the news? Incredible bullcrap!!!!

President Barack Obama was asked a simple question yesterday about whether he or anyone at the White House had known about the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups? The response Obama replied with was a contorted, conglomeration of legally approved words, “Clintonian” parsing of words that resembled  more the final 12 times edited Benghazi talking points than a proper answer to the question he was asked.  Obama stated, “I can assure you that I certainly did not know anything about the IG report before the IG report had been leaked through the press.”

And there is the blurb from the Washington Free Beacon bolstering my “what kind of clueless moron is in the White House” premise:

(Washington Free Beacon) Lately the top officials of the executive branch have seemed always to be in another room, on another call. Hillary Clinton says she was not aware of cables warning of lax security in Benghazi. Eric Holder says he is not sure when he recused himself from the investigation into the AP leak, or if he told the White House, or, really, of anything. Obama says he learned about the IRS IG investigation from the news. He says the Benghazi talking points were a matter of dispute between State and CIA, not the White House. A Martian reading the statements of senior officials on subjects of public controversy would conclude that the U.S. government operates at the whims of midlevel career personnel. But why pick on Martians. Chris Matthews concludes the same thing: “The steering wheel doesn’t control the car anymore.”

Now of course the administration would want us to believe that they are not covering up but in fact were too stupid to realize what was going on. After all, unless they saw the news, how could they have known!

This from the USA Today, hardly a bastion of conservatism for sure:

The Internal Revenue Service, apparently determined to get out ahead of an inspector general report critical of its handling of tax exemptions for Tea Party groups, came up with a plan: Lois Lerner, the official responsible for the tax-exempt division, would publicly apologize in response to a question at the American Bar Association conference in Washington.

Details of the now-infamous planted question emerged Friday after acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller admitted the gambit under questioning from members of the House Ways and Means Committee.

After talking to Miller, Lerner called Celia Roady, a Washington tax lawyer whose office is immediately across Pennsylvania Avenue from the IRS headquarters. She also serves on the IRS Advisory Committee on Tax-Exempt and Government Entities.

Roady released this written statement late Friday explaining her role:

"On May 9, I received a call from Lois Lerner, who told me that she wanted to address an issue after her prepared remarks at the ABA Tax Section's Exempt Organizations Committee Meeting, and asked if I would pose a question to her after her remarks. I agreed to do so, and she then gave me the question that I asked at the meeting the next day. We had no discussion thereafter on the topic of the question, nor had we spoken about any of this before I received her call. She did not tell me, and I did not know, how she would answer the question."

And so that's how it happened. Within minutes, the Associated Press reported her remarks with a one-line news alert: "WASHINGTON (AP) — IRS apologizes for inappropriately targeting conservative political groups in 2012 election."

In a conference call with reporters later that day, Lerner emphasized that her apology came in response to a question. 

"I was asked a question at the ABA meeting to give a status update of things that have been in the press" about the agency's treatment of Tea Party groups, she said. .Asked why the IRS chose that day to make an apology that day, she said, "Someone asked me a question today, so I answered it."

And last but not least, let’s not forget our sterling example of an Attorney General, one who is supposed to uphold our laws but for some reason feels the laws do not pertain to him and Fearless Leader: 

“During his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder said there is nothing in writing verifying he actually recused himself from the Associated Press phone records seizure scandal. 

“We looked,” Holder said when being questioned by Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA). “I don’t think there is anything in writing with regard to my recusal.” Lofgren was asking Holder to explain why Deputy Attorney General James Cole had the authority to authorize the subpoena to secretly seize phone records of at least 20 AP reporters and editors over a two month period when federal code requires the Attorney General himself to sign off on such a subpoena.

Holder said that upon his recusal, the power was technically delegated to Cole, who became the acting Attorney General on this investigation.

But later in the hearing, during questioning from Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX), Holder said he does not remember when he recused himself. “I’m not sure,” Holder answered when Smith asked him on which date he recused himself. “I think it was the beginning of – I don’t know exactly when.

Holder said the only person he told he told about his recusal was Cole. When Smith asked whether he did that “formally, or in writing,” Holder replied “no.”  

When all is said and done, what do we have here? Stupidity?  Ineptness? Aloofness? Incompetance? A lack of leadership? All of the above? No! This is what is called Incredible Bullshit!!! And we the people have allowed this cancer to fester in our halls of government far too long! The President of the United States lied! The Secretary of State lied! The Attorney General lie!. It goes on and on and we let it happen! What in the hell is wrong with us? Is the loss of our freedoms and rights just another “oh well” moment. I for one will rot in hell before I shut up as Herr Commandant demanded in his Ohio State speech and give up my rights to question a corrupt political entity!

There is a line in the movie 2010 after which Dr. Floyd is shown a directive from the NSA which goes something like this. “Hal was told to lie by people who find it easy to lie” In so many cases this has been the M.O. of the people in politics, party be damned. Lie about it and if caught feign ignorance or in other words “Lie About it!” And we the people have allowed our government to become the cesspool of corruption we are now witnessing. Not only do those responsible for these lies and actions need to be held accountable but so must an electorate that chooses to ignore the obvious and abrogate their responsibility as voters. I realize I harp on this point a lot, but it is fact. When all is said and done, these things happen because we allow it and just how pathetic is that?

As usual, morons like Axelrod for example put out anything to point blame away from illegalities! The President of the United States, The Secretary of State and the Attorney General lied! And once the IRS “admitted” wrong doing that had been going on for years, the scum bag in the Oval Office says, “If this happened”! Lies are lies and illegality is illegality! No one, not the IRS or the dictator “wanna” be has the right to the information demanded by the IRS! No one has the right to demand that an entity sign a promise to not “protest” outside an abortion clinic as was one of the demands by the IRS to a group requesting tax exempt status! No one has the right to ask the “content of one’s prayers! The IRS broke the law and as I hold most politicians in disdain anyway, one has to assume they acted on orders (maybe “strong suggestions” would be the correct term to use here?) from a higher authority.

I am sick and tired of the left telling me what I am supposed to think and from my read on this the IRS in effect did exactly that as to conservative groups. Of course, one should not be surprised when Homeland Security names Christian and conservative groups as hate groups! Get off it! This is the tip of the ice berg and if the so called journalists who have now supposedly had their ox gored by seeing they can also be targets (I refer to the A.P. scandal below) get their heads out of their asses and do their phony baloney jobs, we could possibly get to the truth of these matters. However, if we’re going to continue to have so much of the public bury their heads in the sand, than all bets are off. 

The first Mayor Daley was ruthless. He went after his enemies with the exact same impunity this clown is doing in D.C. He felt he was untouchable and above the law and the media even back then gave him (and the Chicago Machine) cover for years. The parallels between then and now are staggering. Obama being both a product of what could be the most corrupt political machine in the country (Illinois) and an American Ideal Hating leftist ideologue to boot easily fills that profile.

I say one thing again though. Mayor Daley for all his foibles loved his country. This clown in the White House time and again shows his complete disdain for our heritage, our ideals and our citizens. He is what Kruschev predicted all those years ago in his shoe banging rant at the U.N. “We will bury you! We will bury you from within!” If what is happening now does not wake the public up to their basic responsibilities as voting citizens, then all is indeed lost.

One last thing, the A.P. record scandal. As all know, I have said in the past the co-opted media is front and center in any dictator’s usurpation of power. And once they are deemed to be not needed or possibly a thorn in the side of said dictator, they are expendable. In this case the A.P. published a series of stories based on “leaks” (I’m not even touching the fact that they purposely “leak” crap when they want for their own use) that put the administration in a bad light. Oops! Truth makes one the enemy of any dictator of any ilk. So one should not be the least bit surprised the dogs were set loose against the A.P. 

We are at a crossroads as a nation. Our founding fathers warned of this exact situation yet we the people have chosen to let things go. Well, they went alright, right to the edge of the cliff! We either stop it now or lose everything we hold dear. As someone once said (and I’m paraphrasing here), Liberty and Freedom do not come free! One must work at it and be ever vigilante. Unfortunately the press, those who are in fact supposed to be vigilant are too busy poisoning the minds of all backing their elitist hero. And let’s not even get started on the complete lack of education as to our basic principles, something that is now nonexistent as to our education system. The end result is clear. Either we stop the enemies of this country and its ideals, including the corrupt ingrained political scum of both parties or we perish as the Land of the Free! That is fact!
