The Budget/Deficit Charade or As I Like To Call It "What LEadership?

There are two issues, both of which are beyond disgusting as to this President to say the least. One is Project Gunrunner , the idiotic plan by the ATF that was sanctioned by the DOJ and thus also the President which resulted in the death of a U.S. Border agent as well as God knows how many Mexicans! This as all now know is being covered up by this lawless administration and I will discuss it in a later post today.

Number two and easily one of the most insidious things that has happened to our country in its history is the current budget/debt debacle! Here we have a President who thinks the only way is his way, truly believes he must keep spending more than there is to spend and clearly does not have the good of the country as his first concern. The lies and hypocrisy from this Commie clown are bad enough, but the fact that there are scum politicians on both sides of the aisle that actually want go along with this disaster in the making is far and beyond my comprehension to be sure. Of course, maybe it’s the fact that according Comrade Obama , I and for that matter all of the electorate are too Damn Stupid to understand the idea of budgets and deficit spending! After all, he made that very clear in his own asinine words!
“So… the the American people are misinformed if not incapable of absorbing matters beyond the narrow, personal sphere. It’s the ‘What’s the Matter with Kansas?’ answer. You don’t know what is good for you. If you knew, you’d agree with me.”

“Let me distinguish between professional politicians and the public at large. You know, the public is not paying close attention to the ins and outs of how a Treasury auction goes. They shouldn’t. They’re worrying about their family, they’re worrying about their jobs. They’re worrying about their neighborhood. They have got a lot of other things on their plate. We’re paid to worry about it.”

I’ve ranted in the past as to the sheer disdain this moron has for the electorate in general. He went on to say that this is a job for “professional politicians” and the public should let them do their work and in effect keep their opinions to themselves. There’s a calming thought for us all! Let the idiots who have destroyed almost everything we hold dear continue on their merry way. “We the People” are too busy or dumb to know any better. As much as I hate to say it, there is a bit of truth in that. The electorate as I have said in the past keeps putting its collective heads up their asses and votes for the lying scum that now infests the great halls in D.C.

One wishes they could find something good in what’s going on now, but instead we get more incredible B.S. as below!

In fact, the president ended the meeting by abruptly leaving the room. During the meeting, the speaker challenged the president to offer real spending cuts. He said the gimmicks and accounting tricks that Washington has used for decades are not applicable here.” House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has had enough. “When White House officials attempted to justify budgetary gimmicks, the speaker said pointedly ‘We’re not doing that anymore.’

And of course, how could we not get an asinine remark from Chairman Harry as to the situation!

WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says House Majority Leader Eric Cantor should not be part of the debt limit negotiations. He’s calling the Virginia Republican congressman “childish.”

Reid says Cantor’s conduct during the sensitive White House talks have shown, in Reid’s words, “he shouldn’t even be at the table.” Reid says other congressional leaders are negotiating in good faith as an Aug. 2 deadline approaches for raising the debt limit.

This from a certified out of touch idiot who just yesterday called Tea Party followers “Garbage”! One should not be surprised at this. After all, Comrade Harry certainly is in lockstep with Herr Obama as to his feelings about the dumb American electorate! Maybe if they’d stop talking down to their employer, (that’s the American Taxpaying Citizens for those of you out there who are to ignorant to realize that) and do the good of the country, we might in fact respect their opinions! But to have these lying scumbags lecture us about our so called ignorance when in fact they are destroying our economic base is pure tripe!

Of course they couldn’t leave it at that! No Sir! A few people have floated the idea of a balanced budget amendment, something of course that was met with the usual histrionics from the left. I didn’t think they could get anymore moronic than what we’ve already seen, but sure enough another statement straight from the rear end!
“The fact is that the balanced budget amendment would be, is basically an admission by Congress that they can’t do anything, right?” Carney said. “And that’s not true, as [evidenced by] these discussions that we’re engaged in right now. And it should not be true. And it’s a shame if people actually believe that. So no, we don’t support it.”

The bottom line is that Congress needs to come up with a solution to budget deficits and long-term debt, he said, not punt the issue to the Constitution.

Such an amendment “is not good for the economy; it doesn’t answer the problem, and we need to act because we are capable to doing the work that the American people sent us here to do,” Carney said.

MORON ALERT 2! Congress as a whole has steadfastly refused to do their job as to the budgeting process. Every elected official of either party for the last twenty years or more is guilty of complete dereliction of duty when it comes to the deficit if they voted to overspend. Doesn’t matter what party and as we’re seeing now, spineless Republicans only worried about their power are every bit responsible as the loonies on the left! As one can assume Carney is speaking for the President, one must also assume the President is completely oblivious to the fact that Congress and both he and past Presidents refuse to do their job! Mr. Carney, not only hasn’t Congress done anything right as you state, but neither has the bonehead that you work for!

The Democratic (or should I say Soviet Socialist Party of the U.S.?) Party has not even bothered to act on a budget in over two years! And in that time they had an unbeatable majority in both houses! Yet, they insisted the Republicans, spineless wimps that they are in effect stopped any budget process. Or as I would say they lied as the sacks of crap they really are! And for what? Rush as shown below is correct! The President as leader of the Democratic party and more so as the supposed leader of our country should have at least forced his party to do their Constitutional duty! But that would be against his plan to destroy this nation as we know it!

Gotta give him credit though! He can come out and do his usual class warfare let’s scare the Seniors thing as to non-payment of Social Security if we default. And yesterday, both him and Boener said the money for that in the end comes from the general fund. You know! The program that supposedly has its own trust fund? Oops! Forgot, that money was stolen for other asinine purposes years ago! However, the lies continue as Social Security can be paid!

Funny thing about that; Barack Obama is claiming (falsely, but still) that if the debt ceiling isn’t raised, we may not have the money to send out Social Security checks NEXT MONTH.

Here’s how President Barack Obama answered CBS’s Scott Pelley’s question about whether he could guarantee that Social Security checks would go out on August 3, the day after the government is supposed to reach its debt limit: “I cannot guarantee that those checks [he included veterans and the disabled, in addition to Social Security] go out on August 3rd if we haven’t resolved this issue. Because there may simply not be the money in the coffers to do it.”

And Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner echoed the president on CBS’s Face the Nation Sunday implying that if a budget deal isn’t reached by August 2, seniors might not get their Social Security checks.

“The BPC study found that the United States is likely to hit the debt limit sometime between August 2 and August 9. “It’s a 44 percent overnight cut in federal spending” if Congress hits the debt limit, [Jay Powell of the Bipartisan Policy Center]said. The BPC study projects there will be $172 billion in federal revenues in August and $307 billion in authorized expenditures. That means there's enough money to pay for, say, interest on the debt ($29 billion), Social Security ($49.2 billion), Medicare and Medicaid ($50 billion), active duty troop pay ($2.9 billion), veterans affairs programs ($2.9 billion).
That leaves about $39 billion to fund other things.”


When is this going to stop! The electorate has got to get their heads out of the sand and react to the sheer disrespect these clowns have for us? Wake up America! You are being fed propaganda of the worst kind! While President Bozo first fiddles than pretends to take action, the country is dying!
