9th Circuit Rulling On CCW: Bet This reaction Is Tame Compared to Herr Obama's

This week, the 9th circuit Court actually got it's head out of it's collective ass and threw out a concealed weapons law in California basically saying it was unconstitutional.This is indeed a good thing although the cynical amongst us out here might wonder if they possibly felt it would take away their own personal protection against the gang bangers, druggies and whatever else that is and has been running rampant in California and elsewhere thus in effect saving their own asses. None the less, a great ruling actually based on the Law of the Land, something that is rare in the liberal courts of today. So Kudos!

Unfortunately, one must assume the loony left is taking this ruling quite hard. This wanna be dictator in the White House and his lackeys around the country are hell bent on disarming the people, just as so many totalitarian societies have in the past. Simply put, control of the people is power. Unarmed citizens means unlimited power. Not hard to figure out here. As such, one can only assume Herr Obama (as well as Bloomberg, Cuomo, Emanual in Chicago and so many other leftist loonies out there) is at least in as much of a snit as our good friend Adolph is as to the loss of control that is wrought thanks to the Second Amendment.

Comrad Obama: Dictatorship In The Making

There is very little humor in what are the illegal actions of our dictator President, especially as it pertains to the abortion known as Obamacare. None the less, I had to at least chuckle when I saw that one of Herr Obama’s fellow dictators discovered the lie that is Obamacare. 

As noted above, our boy Adolph is legitimately pissed off as are millions of American citizens! None the less, our Commie bastard President marches steadfastly forward towards leftist commie goals, Constitution or the people be damned. I have a few items I’ve found and want to share, but first we’ll let Judge Jeanine once again say exactly what I feel needs to be said. One note here:  There is also included a talk with Ann Coulter who mentions in effect that “the first black president” will never be impeached. As we are now Politically Correct as well as openly racist if one ever cites FACT when discussing this President and his unlawful execution of his duties, I’m afraid she is right.

 As Judge Napolitano says in the statement below, “ neither Congress nor the American public have the guts for it”. One must wonder how sad this country has become that we do not have the stomach to stand up for what is right!

Rush as always hit the nail on the head in his statement below. Not only is his changing of the law illegal as he is in effect rewriting established law, but in fact is as Rush says “Stalinism”. Then again, lefties out there aspire to such lofty ideals as five year plans and “equality: (better known as leftist bulllshit!).

"For two days in a row, Rush Limbaugh has warned his huge radio audience that President Obama’s behavior was increasingly “lawless,” at one point going so far as to call it “Stalinism.”

On Wednesday afternoon, Limbaugh addressed the news that companies would now be required to swear to the Internal Revenue Service that they weren’t hiring or firing employees based on the impact they thought the Affordable Care Act might have on their bottom line.

“This is absolutely lawless,” Limbaugh declared. “It is against the law. (…) They cannot turn staffing decisions into crimes, and this is exactly what they’re doing. Businesses make decisions all the time on the basis of avoidance of costs here and costs there, labor costs, tax costs. They do it all the time.”

Limbaugh didn’t mince words: “This is way beyond a banana republic now. This is Stalinism.”

Now of course there are folks out there who would call me strident in my open display of disgust and dislike for this President (You know, the “Constitutional Professor” who never misses the chance to remind us peons “he understands” it so much better than the rest of the citizenry). And for the record I will humor them. Yes, I despise the man. I despise his Attorney General who also refuses to uphold the laws. I despise the Representatives and Senators who happily stick their heads up Obama’s ass and thank him for the honor of doing so. And while we’re at it, I especially despise the RINO and entrenched politicians when push comes to shove will always vote for the status quo. Really, at the moment no one wants to get me started on that one. The scum that comprise the Political Elite is the cancer eating away at our basic foundations and this President along with the leaders of both houses are all “ONE” in that regard.

Yet, there are voices of reason out there. Take for instance Jonathan Adler:

“Whatever the stated reason for the new delay, it is illegal. The text of the PPACA is quite clear. The text of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act provides that the employer mandate provisions ‘shall apply’ after December 31, 2013. The Treasury Department claims that it has broad authority to offer ‘transition relief’ in implementing the law. That may often be true, but not here. The language of the statute is clear, and it is well established that when Congress enacts explicit deadlines into federal statutes, without also providing authority to waive or delay such deadlines, federal agencies are obligated to stay on schedule. So, for instance, federal courts routinely force the Environmental Protection Agency to act when it misses deadlines and environmentalist groups file suit”.

We’ve heard lately that even someone as left leaning as Alan Dershowitz has stated his discomfort with  Comrade Obama and his illegal actions. Below is a great interview with Jonathan Turley with Megan Kelly. Again, Mister Turley would probably never be considered “conservative”, but he is a brilliant person who is willing to call it like it is. Unlike President Bozo, let’s hear the words of a true Constitutional Scholar”:

JONATHAN TURLEY: Thank you.

KELLY: Let me ask you about this because in that sound bite we played before we went to commercial, you said the framers would be horrified because everything they did was to create balance between the branches of government and we've lost that.

TURLEY: Well, I'm afraid it's quite serious because the framers created a system that was designed to avoid one principle thing, the concentration of power in any one branch. Because that balancing between these branches in this fixed orbit is what not only gives stability to our system but it protects us against authoritarian power, it protects civil liberties from abuse.

And what we've been seeing is the shift of gravity within that system in a very dangerous way that makes it unstable, and I think that's what the president is doing. I think that we've become a nation of enablers. We are turning a blind eye to a fundamental change in our system. I think many people will come to loathe that they remained silent during this period.

KELLY: We heard a lot of objections when President Bush expanded the powers of the presidency from the left and from the media. They haven't been raising the same objections now that we have a Democrat in The White House. And you say they do so at their own peril.

TURLEY: I'm afraid this is beginning to border on a cult of personality for people on the left. I happen to agree with many of President Obama's policies, but in our system it is often as important how you do something as what you do.

And I think that many people will look back at this period in history and see nothing but confusion as to why people remained so silent when the president asserted these types of unilateral actions. You have a president who is claiming the right to basically rewrite or ignore or negate federal laws. That is a dangerous thing. It has nothing to do with the policies; it has to do with politics.

KELLY: Why is it so dangerous? What' so bad that will come of this?

TURLEY: Well, you know, a system in which a single individual is allowed to rewrite legislation or ignore legislation is a system that borders on authoritarianism. I don't believe that we are that system yet. But we cannot ignore that we're beginning to ignore a system that is a pretense of democracy if a president is allowed to take a law and just simply say, 'I'm going to ignore this,' or, 'I'm going to shift funds that weren't appropriated by Congress into this area.'

The president's State of the Union indicated this type of unilateralism that he has adopted as a policy. Now, many people view that as somehow empowering. In my view, it's dangerous, that is what he is suggesting is to essentially put our system off line. This is not the first time that convenience has become the enemy of principle. But we've never seen it to this extent.

KELLY: What is supposed to be done about it? You know, I know in your testimony before Congress you cited Ben Franklin who believed that the other branches would work in their own self interest to try to reign in a president who got drunk on his own power, or however you want to put it. You know, Congress doesn't have -- they can withdrawal money, they can move to impeach, they can file lawsuits --which they've done -- I mean, what are they supposed to do?

TURLEY: Part of the problem really rests with the federal courts. For the last two decades, federal courts have been engaged in a policy of avoidance. They are not getting involved when the executive branch exceeds it’s powers, they're just leaving it up to the branches. And often they say Congress has the power of the purse, Congress can simply restrict funds.

But one of the complaints against President Obama is that very clearly dedicated funds in areas like healthcare, have been just shifted by the White House unilaterally to different areas. And the courts have adopted this avoidance policy.

I am astonished by the degree of passivity in Congress, particularly by Democrats. You know, I first came to Congress when I was a young page and there were people that fiercely believed in the institution. It didn't matter what party held the White House. But what we're seeing now is the usurpation of authority that's unprecedented in this country.

Charles Krauthammer points out not only the illegalities but also the fact that “no one seems to care” whether the dictator wanna be does what he wants or not:

Generally speaking, you get past the next election by changing your policies, by announcing new initiatives, but not by wantonly changing the law, lawlessly. I mean, this is stuff that you do in a banana republic. It’s as if the law is simply a blackboard on which Obama writes any number he wants, any delay he wants and any provision. It’s now reached a point where it is so endemic that nobody even notices or complains. I think if the complaints had started with the first arbitrary changes, and these are not adjustments or transitions. These are political decisions to minimize the impact leading up to an election, and it’s changing the law in a way that you are not allowed to do. … It’s not incompetence. Willful breaking of the constitutional order — where in the Constitution is the president allowed to alter a law 27 times after it’s been passed? — Charles Krauthammer

I will leave this today with the words of Allen West. For those lefties who get their panties in a wad every time me and those of a conservative ilk write or say anything, let me remind you that Allan West along with Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Larry Elder, Clarence Thomas and so many others are courageous defenders of this country and it’s ideals. Our Anthem From The Heart By Our Kids

I find myself wondering sometimes as to whether our younger generation "actually gets it" After all, with government indoctrination now the order of the day in our schools, what with history being rewritten or not taught combined with the open Commie Leftist lies emanating not only from the so called "free Press", but also openly and blatantly from our elected officials and their minions, including the lying sack of crap in the White House,one indeed has to wonder about our future leaders and how their education and standards as taught by a treasonous philosophy will in fact affect our great nation.

Yet, as I have said in past posts, every time I start to worry about our kids, something comes along which reinforces my faith in their ability to "get it right". One such case is below with this viral video of over 1,000 students in Kentucky.

 Those who follow me know of my love for my Chicago Blackhawks and the rendition of the anthem as done by Jim Cornelison. For those who have witnessed it, be it at the stadium, at Soldiers Field for that great playoff rendition a few years back or especially after the last 2 Stanley Cup Triumphs when over 2,000,000 fans joined in at the parade and ceremonies, it is as I have said in the past truly one of the electric moments in all of sports with "Love of Country" being displayed openly and proudly. ( 2 of Jim's renditions are included below just as a reminder)

Well folks, as I said above, our kids will always find some way to reaffirm our faith in them and their care for the future of this country and in this case I now have a legitimate rival to the Blackhawk's Anthem.. When I first watched the video from Kentucky, I felt the same electricity I felt when I first heard the Anthem in Chicago, first by the great Wayne Messner (as great as it is now, there was nothing and will probably never be anything again to rival the Anthem in the old Chicago Stadium!) and now Jim Cornelison. This is beyond fabulous and once again a sign that "the kids will be alright" as long as we as parents and mentors do our best to instill the qualities in them that made this the greatest country ever.

When Did Lies By Government Officials Become Acceptable?

I’m really torn here. I was taught (With a few trips to the woodshed to reinforce the premise.  Oops, forgot! Trips to the woodshed are evil in this fuzzy wuzzy feel good world)) that lying was one of the worse things I or anyone could do. I and my wife to the best of our ability instilled that premise in our children and they in turn into our grandchildren. Yet, if one wants to believe the blithering idiots defending not only the treasonous bastard that is our President as well as his lackeys and for that matter, any person that is in line with the Anti-American idealistic line that is now apparently our policy, lies are in fact not only acceptable, but in fact needed to coerce, oh, I’m sorry, I mean to convince the electorate (the lying sacks of shit that inhabit the halls of our electoral institutions would never coerce anyone to do anything I’m sure) that what they see as reality is in fact not real and only the views of the “leaders” are in fact acceptable! 

Today however, we are being told over and over by not only the MSM propaganda industry but also are power mad leaders that there are acceptable lies! Just the other day, I saw commentators voicing the opinion that there are acceptable lies when it comes to politicians. And if memory serves, we had a member of the administration (or one who had recently left a post, sorry for the lack of exact memory on this state basically the same thing that a President or other leader must at times lie to the electorate to if nothing else, make what they are trying to force down our throats more palatable! Where is the outrage? When did we as a society decide that lies are the way to go?

My last post, I wrote the following. The report I cite came out on Jan.13:

“This week we had the release of a bipartisan report from the Senate as to the fiasco that is the Benghazi Incident. In effect, it basically says what I and so many others have been saying for well over a year now. Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, Barak Obama and far too many at all levels of government are nothing but lying sacks if shit who when all is said and done deceived the American people so as to keep their sorry asses in office! People died and they lied! This isn't just lack of responsibility, but is in fact now proven standard operating procedure. Lie to the people and stamp out those that try to point out the truth!”

The following from various sources is disturbing too say the least but what is worse is that even now, the lies continue!

“Minutes after the American consulate in Benghazi came under assault on Sept. 11, 2012, the nation’s top civilian and uniformed defense officials — headed for a previously scheduled Oval Office session with President Obama — were informed that the event was a “terrorist attack,” declassified documents show. The new evidence raises the question of why the top military men, one of whom was a member of the president’s Cabinet, allowed him and other senior Obama administration officials to press a false narrative of the Benghazi attacks for two weeks afterward.

Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The tense briefing — in which it was already known that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens had been targeted and had gone missing — occurred just before the two senior officials departed the Pentagon for their session with the commander in chief.

Numerous aides to the president and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly told the public in the weeks following the murder of Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans that night — as Obama’s hotly contested bid for re-election was entering its final stretch — that there was no evidence the killings were the result of a premeditated terrorist attack, but rather were the result of a protest gone awry. Subsequent disclosures exposed the falsity of that narrative, and the Obama administration ultimately acknowledged that its early statements on Benghazi were untrue.  (One note here. Let’s not forget that the President of the United States not openly lied about the video and so forth but in fact not only lied in an address to the U.N. but also apologized, all to cover his sorry ass! Then again, I guess as too the U.N., he was just cowtowing to his handlers)

The State Department confirmed Wednesday that two Libyan groups reportedly set to be designated as terrorists took part in the Benghazi 9-11 anniversary attacks of 2012. But the Obama administration insists there is no evidence linking the attack to al Qaeda’s central leadership. (If this isn’t a line of bullshit, AlQaeda attack, but not linked to Al Qaeda, I don’t knoe what is)

Speaking to reporters Wednesday, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki chose her words carefully saying the branches of Ansar al-Sharia, a militia that claimed credit for the Benghazi attack in the first hours after the incident on social media were not “official affiliates” of al Qaeda. “

  “Obama hasn’t done or said a meaningful thing about the four Americans killed in Benghazi.  Obama seems to have lied about the events, sent then-U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice out on television to lie about how and why this tragedy happened.  The allegation that it was all due to a video on the Internet considered disrespectful to Islam was quickly proven false, yet was still embraced by the White House.” (My note here. Even now, the administration is stonewalling and putting out a false narrative. For you lefties out there that mean this bastard and his minions are lying!)

What about the great recovering economy and jobs market? President Pinocchio and his lap dog media as well as are painting a rosy picture of how well the job recovery is going. BULLSHIT!

We have the below from the Wall Street Journal, but anyone with an ounce of brains could figure this out:

“Don't believe the happy talk coming out of the White House, Federal Reserve and Treasury Department when it comes to the real unemployment rate and the true “Misery Index.” Because, according to an influential Wall Street advisor, the figures are a fraud.

In a memo to clients provided to Secrets, David John Marotta calculates the actual unemployment rate of those not working at a sky-high 37.2 percent, not the 6.7 percent advertised by the Fed, and the Misery Index at over 14, not the 8 claimed by the government.

Marotta, who recently advised those worried about an imploding economy to get a gun, said that the government isn't being honest in how it calculates those out of the workforce or inflation, the two numbers used to get the Misery Index figure.

“The unemployment rate only describes people who are currently working or looking for work,” he said. That leaves out a ton more.

“Unemployment in its truest definition, meaning the portion of people who do not have any job, is 37.2 percent. This number obviously includes some people who are not or never plan to seek employment. But it does describe how many people are not able to, do not want to or cannot find a way to work. Policies that remove the barriers to employment, thus decreasing this number, are obviously beneficial,” he and colleague Megan Russell in their new investors note from their offices in Charlottesville, Va.
They added that “officially-reported unemployment numbers decrease when enough time passes to discourage the unemployed from looking for work. A decrease is not necessarily beneficial; an increase is clearly detrimental.”

Then there is the Misery Index, which is a calculation based in inflation and unemployment, both numbers the duo say are underscored by the government. He said that the Index doesn’t properly calculate how Uncle Sam is propping up the economy with bond purchases and other actions.

“These tricks, along with a host of other dubious accounting schemes, under report inflation by about 3 percent,” they wrote, adding that the official inflation rate is just 1.24 percent.

“Today, the Misery Index would be 7.54 using official numbers,” they wrote. But if calculations tabulating the full national unemployment including discouraged workers, which is 10.2 percent, and the historical method of calculating inflation, which is now 4.5 percent, ‘the current misery index is closer to 14.7, worse even than during the Ford administration.”

Rather than go on, again from my last post as to my feelings as to the lie that is the employment figures:

“Now, let’s take it one step further. Last week I saw a report that there were roughly 330,000 new applications for unemployment. For the moment, let’s leave facts such as this one for example: “Only 62.8% of the adult population is participating in the labor market, meaning they either have a job or are looking for one. That matches the lowest level since 1978. People have simply just given up looking for work.” 

Seeing the government figures the rate MINUS the people who have dropped out of the job market, the real unemployment rate is at least 13% or more. Now, correct me if I’m wrong here but 330,000 new unemployment applications minus the 74,000 new jobs created result in a net loss of 259,000 jobs even before the lying scum starts manipulating the numbers so as to mislead the public as to the reality of the situation which is dire to say the least.

Again, this is just based on basic math, something we conservatives cannot possibly understand anymore that we should expect our leaders to actually balance the checkbook. After all, facts cannot and will not be allowed to get in the way of the narrative and that narrative is the destruction of the American economy in favor of a hard left Socialist government dependent society. One only has to listen to the blabbering nabobs such as Nancy and Comrade Obama who have the nerve to say extending unemployment benefits is one of the great job creators! Good God. Can these people have their heads any further up their asses?! This isn’t a disconnect with reality. This is open political bullshit being put out there as pabulum to the masses! Tell the lie over and over until it is the truth as the public apparently would rather hear and react to bullshit instead of truth. Shame on all of us for that!”

While we’re on the subject of lies, let’s not forget the IRS cover up that isn’t a scandal or even happening according to the President and his AG. Yet when they finally decide to investigate, they bring in a hard left crony to conduct a “thorough investigation” of what they say is a non issue!

And what about Fast and Furious? Again from various sources:

“A dramatic shootout between authorities and suspected cartel gunmen at a Mexican seaside resort this month has ties to a botched U.S. gun operation. A U.S. official said Tuesday that investigators have traced at least one firearm recovered at a December 18 gunfight in Puerto Peñasco, just across from the Arizona border, to Operation Fast and Furious. That’s the disastrous operation run by agents in the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Agents allowed suspected gun smugglers to buy about 2,000 firearms with the goal of trying to find and prosecute high-level traffickers. They couldn’t track the firearms and most are believed to have ended up with cartels and gangsters in Mexico.”

3 years yet to this day we have not relieved satisfactory answers to this fiasco of an operation or any more insight to the death of Border Agent Terry. As in the Benghazi incident, the lies and cover up have to be the narrative and in this case we know not only that the Attorney General openly lied to Congress about it, but his buddy Herr Obama used Executive Privilege to block facts coming out, in effect also LYING!

Last but not least, we have not only the President changing the rules of health care on the fly so as to protect this illegal takeover and intrusion into our lives, but even more than in the other cases, the lies keep coming and the media as well as the loonies on the left not only defend it, but openly admit that “yes, there were lies, but they were for the good of the people” And the morons in the media, following their leader right off the edge of the cliff, not only refuse to report the lies as such, but defend them as being acceptable!
Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on here? Have the morals of this society been compromised to the point that a mind dead electorate with their hands out and their heads up their asses in fact do believe that lies are acceptable as a way to an end when it comes to policy? As the progressive leftist agenda has marched forward over the last forty years or so, are we really at the point where the amoral society they preach is acceptable?

In my world, a lie is a lie and when any politician or person is caught in a lie, they must pay the consequences. So why is it that the lies are now OK and We The People are the ones paying the consequences instead. As I have said many times, much of this is our fault as we have allowed this to fester and keep re-electing the very treasonous bastards that are hell bent on the destruction of our way of life.
Hillary lied and people died! Holder lied and people died. Comrade Obama lied and people died! Comrade Obama keeps lying s we rush off the fiscal cliff. Comrade Obama keeps lying as people lose hope for jobs and so forth! Hell, he claims brining in all of the illegals will “create new jobs”! Talk about having one’s head up his ass! Yet, what the hell, a lie is a lie and all lies are good apparently when it comes to politics, but especially when a tin horn wanna be dictator firmly believes that telling the lie over and over until it becomes the truth and rewriting history has become the norm George Orwell predicted it, Hitler through Goebles and so many others over the years in have tried to perfect it. LIE! It’s the way to go!

I’m not perfect for sure, but I know one thing for sure. Our elected leaders are supposed to be accountable to the people! Yet, far too many on both sides of the aisle are willing to not only forget their sworn duties, but in fact join in the lies and cover ups so as to keep their power. Those of us who speak out as to the lies are vilified and harassed. Those of us who cite our countries founding ideals are trashed by the likes of Senator Schumer (please note his Anti-Tea Party speech the other day). And let’s not forget the Rove’s of the world, those who feel what I feel are true conservatives have got to be defeated so the status quo can be upheld! Good Grief!

If we in fact are supposed to accept the premise that our President is justified in openly lying the electorate, if we in fact accept that as the new morals of this country, then we are in fact doomed! Everything else aside, morals define us! I hope I am not an immoral man. I try my best not to be. But to have to stand by while this immoral bastard in the White House and the rest of the scum following him undermines not only the foundation of our country, but the moral foundation as well is far too much for me top stomach! The future for my children and grand children in many ways is dependent on the American people getting off their asses and reasserting their moral authority not only over their elected officials, but over their lives as well.
 A good start would be to go after every one of these lying bastards and get them and their idea of government out of our hair. Go after them in any way possible and as so many have in fact been caught in open lies, prosecute them if possible. We need to take back our government and at least some semblance of a moral high ground now! Time is running out!

Caught In The Lie As People Die! Obamaism At It's Worse!

This week we had the release of a bipartisan report from the Senate as to the fiasco that is the Benghazi Incident. In effect, it basically says what I and so many others have been saying for well over a year now. Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, Barak Obama and far to many at all levels of government are nothing but lying sacks if shit who when all is said and done deceived the American people so as to keep their sorry asses in office! People died and they lied! This isn't just lack of responsibility, but is in fact now proven standard operating procedure. Lie to the people and stamp out those that try to point out the truth!

 Be it Bengahzi, Fast and Furious, the IRS scandal or the destructive lies as to the Health Care fiasco, keep those lies coming. Take Herr Goebel's advice and run with it, always making sure the lies is big and redundant. When confronted with the truth, throw up the roadblocks, change the narrative while always vilifying anyone other than the traitorous bastards that are part of you inner circle and make sure the propaganda press runs with those lies. That in my eyes is treason and criminal conduct and especially after the released report, the White House, Scum bag Hillary and all who stand with this rancid piece of Anti-American ideal trash in the White House should not only be held responsible but be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law! These cretins in my eyes are guilty as hell as to the loss of life not only in Benghazi, but also our border agent in the Fast and Furious case. They must be held accountable. In that vein, let me allow  former Prosecutor Judge Jeannine Pirro to state the case as to Benghazi, something as I have said more than once she can do much more eloquently than I can.

This President and his allies on both sides of the aisle are destroying this country from within yet instead of being held responsible for their illegal and immoral actions, their lap dog media chooses to turn the attention away from the things that are destroying this country  to focus on some bullshit incident in New Jersey that while it in the greater scheme of things was stupid for sure, it did not get people killed! And by the way, is destroying Gov. Christie just to help Hillary really that smart? After all, the Governor is proving himself to be just as bad as so many of the establishment RINOs and is easily killing himself with the true conservatives. He sure as hell didn't need help from Comrade Obama and friends to destroy his credibility.

Yet as usual, the real intent is there for all to see. Throw enough shit at the wall, hope some will stick and make damn sure to keep the public that you actually look down on and hold in disdain ill informed because in the end they will indoctrinate the peons to the point of the lie becoming the truth! That is called a dictatorship and the lying sacks of shit on both sides of the aisle are in cahoots as to that fact. Power over the people.

I found the following by a gentleman named Christopher Cook who in my opinion not only nails it as to what a despicable piece of crap this President and in turn his allies really are but in reading the quote from Mussolini reminds us of exactly what this President really is and that should scare the hell out of every American with an ounce of free thought left in their bodies!:

In fact, if anything, Obama’s words are just a craven, weasel-worded restatement of the famous words of the Godfather of fascist corporatism, Benito Mussolini:

“Everything within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.”

At least Mussolini has the courage to come right out and say it."

I want to point out one other thing here because once again, we have far to many of our elected officials stating that "Free Speech" is not a right but a privilege and that they as the"only people who are smart enough" to make sure we think and say as they want us to think can legally define and denote what is and isn't "allowed Free Speech". A few posts back, I mentioned that I will continue to speak my mind the way I like, being crass or not because "at this moment at least the Law of the Land is still in effect". Well. the Ninth Circuit Court, surprisingly of all venues, actually went against it's normal extreme left bias and reaffirmed the Law of the Land in regard to bloggers and Free Speech. This was a case-in which the traitors in government wanted to define what a journalist is and take away my right to speak my mind as I see it. The main point below:


"The protections of the First Amendment do not turn on whether the defendant was a trained journalist, formally affiliated with traditional news entities, engaged in conflict-of-interest disclosure, went beyond just assembling others’ writings, or tried to get both sides of a story. As the Supreme Court has accurately warned, a First Amendment distinction between the institutional press and other speakers is unworkable: “With the advent of the Internet and the decline of print and broadcast media … the line between the media and others who wish to comment on political and social issues becomes far more blurred.” Citizens United, 558 U.S. at 352. In defamation cases, the public-figure status of a plaintiff and the public importance of the statement at issue–not the identity of the speaker–provide the First Amendment touchstones."

One small victory folks but don't rest on your laurels now! The truth must come out and we must take the hits from the bastards that will do all they can to hide it!
