Politicizing The Supreme Court Must Stop Now!!

Time to talk about the upcoming Supreme Court announcement. Please note I am nothing but an everyday common man who loves my country, nothing more, nothing less and in turn am extremely fearful as to the course we have been heading on over the last forty years or so. The polarization of the courts must stop now!

In my last post, I posted the following:

“Moron Alert!!! A constitutionalist is not an activist! He or She are in fact people who will adhere to the rule of the law as put forth under our constitution! As such, they will not create laws and rights out of the blue. That is not their job nor has it ever been, yet more and more Congress and Presidents have relied on the courts to implement illegal acts as law. Gets them out of doing their jobs or taking responsibility.

 Rescinding "established law (abortion for example or the Yonkers School case come to mind) is not activism if the so called law first and foremost was not enacted by Congress (if so, it is not a law!).  Same as to rights. The Constitution does not give the courts the power to create new rights (Abortion for example). And yet for years this practice has not only been allowed but in fact pushed forward by the very people who are now yelling for Trump's scalp and more. This goes beyond politics and in fact hits on the hatred the left has for our country and her ideals and I for one have had enough!”

In his book, “Slouching Towards Gomorrah”, (Note: It’s been quite a few years since I read it and it actually might have been in his book “The Tempting of America”. If so, my apologies for the memory lapse as I haven’t had time to re-read them), Judge Bork notes as to the Yonkers School case, while he agreed with the outcome as to the desegregation aspects, the judges involved decided the case quite illegally. The correct outcome would have been to deny the motion based on the rule of law, our constitution but in fact they basically enacted a law! No judge has the right to do that. The Congress should have been told to get off their sorry asses and enact a law if they felt it was needed.

Judge Bork (yes, we know he was against abortion so stop the whining) argued here that as judges, they do not have the right to create rights, which in this case turned into what is called “established law”. 

Abortion? Settled law? Seems to me as Bork said, the court “created a right” rather than reaffirming one.

We are being bombarded with absolute bulls… as to the horrible idea of an “activist justice” by the talking heads and more. I noticed in the LA Times a headline (paraphrasing here, forget the exact words) Will Trump nominate an activist judge? Of course he will. And this mind set along with the “life as we know it will end” garbage coming from these folks as well as celebrities, so called black activists and more is really beginning to get on my nerves, especially as to one’s personal religion and more. 

One also needs to note that the leftist scum as well as far too many so called righties have been sadly if not criminally remiss in not only having the balls to enact legislation for these causes, but in fact abrogating their duties and functions to the courts, something our founding fathers never intended. Far worse, these people openly encourage the justices to not only do their dirty work but in fact while they’re at it break the Law of the Land to achieve goals they do not have the guts to fight for legally as they know their positions are all based on lies.

Below is the President commenting in his weekly address on the nominee. Please note the highlighted portion as this is how one needs to select a justice. No litmus test of any kind is needed except one thing., that being that a justice adheres to the Law of the Land also known as the Constitution and that in turn he or she realizes they do not have the right to enact law or establish a right. That is the job of Congress!

Last week, Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his decision to take senior status. I was greatly honored when Justice Kennedy came to the White House to meet with me. America is truly grateful for Justice Kennedy’s lifetime of distinguished service. He has given me a great responsibility to choose a worthy successor.

Last year, I was proud to appoint Justice Kennedy’s former law clerk, Neil Gorsuch, to the Supreme Court. Over the last year, Justice Gorsuch has embodied the most sacred principles of the court, making impartial decisions based upon the Constitution.

In choosing Justice Kennedy’s replacement, my greatest responsibility is to select a justice who will faithfully interpret the Constitution as written. Judges are not supposed to re-write the law, re-invent the Constitution, or substitute their own opinions for the will of the people expressed through their laws. We reject judicial activism and policymaking from the bench. The faithful application of the Constitution is the bedrock of our freedom, the foundation of our society, and the linchpin of our government. The American system tasks Congress with writing the laws, the executive with enforcing the laws, and the judiciary with issuing neutral judgments based upon those laws and the Constitution we have sworn to protect.

In choosing a new justice, I will select someone with impeccable credentials, great intellect, unbiased judgment, and deep reverence for the laws and Constitution of the United States.

I look forward to making an announcement soon so that we can further strengthen and protect liberty and justice for all.

In a talk at the Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute, Barrett noted that “Voters and people generally see the headlines in newspapers: ‘Court decides in favor of same-sex marriage,’ or ‘Court strikes down Texas abortion restrictions,’” arguing that this sort of coverage “leaves voters with the impression that justices and judges are just casting votes based on the policy results they prefer.”

According to Barrett, then a law professor, politicians help feed this misperception:

“To say ‘I want to appoint someone who is pro-life’ or ‘I want to appoint someone whose primary focus is protecting minority rights,’ the candidates are talking to their bases and talking to the electorate and saying ‘signal, I’m going to put people on the court who share your policy preferences,’” muddling the perceived function of the judiciary.

“I think that’s not the right qualification for a justice. We shouldn’t be putting people on the court that share our policy preferences. We should be putting people on the court who want to apply the Constitution.” 

Although this seems lost on many politicians and journalists, Barrett emphasizes a critical point here: The duty of the court is not to advance or impede upon a certain political agenda. A textualist in the mold of former Justice Antonin Scalia or Justice Neil Gorsuch would bind himself or herself with the written intent of the Constitution, rendering warnings that the court will evolve into a super-legislature of conservative policy all the more unfounded.

This isn’t to say that Supreme Court rulings on issues like abortion or affirmative action won’t be overturned in the future, but rather than resulting from a political agenda, the decisions would follow from the court carefully deciding that it overstepped its authority in a previous ruling. 

Although this won’t comfort those with a more activist view of judicial authority like Toobin and Warren, the court would be keeping in line with its actual purpose: applying Constitutional and statutory law with its intended meaning. 

Wise words from our President and Mr. Barrett. The courts for years have overstepped their boundaries and society has suffered greatly. The National Review has the following article today:

Moron alert! Wrong question!  (although the Review has also gone remiss on some of their assumptions). 

The question should be Who or what in the world gave any judge the right to make law?!

Until such time the electorate and in term our elected officials, as well as the co-opted media address this question, this country is toast! 

A justice must be selected with the willingness to rule under the laws of our land. They must if at all possible put aside their personal feelings and such. Yes, they are humans but none the less they must try to do that!

As we go forward, the Senate, as they conduct their hearings (and let’s not let the RINOs off the hook here) will in fact put out their litmus test questions demanding not only how they would want a justice to rule but in fact wanting to know in advance where the nominee stands on the issues, something they have no right to know! 

Will you adhere to the Law of the Land as put forth by the Constitution when you rule on a case? Pure and simple! I do not agree with many of our laws as enacted by the morons we elect, but once legislated and signed, they are the law. The Court’s job, if asked is to determine said law is Constitutional! That’s it. If so they can strike it down. 

In Yonkers, courts in effect created a law. As Judge Bork said, the outcome might have been correct, but the Court did not have the right to create law! That was up to the legislatures and we all know that over the years, Congress (especially the Dems but guilt on all sides)are more than willing to shrug of their duties so as to keep attention from themselves. As such we have these activist courts.

I see one Dem is actually advocating expanding the Court to 15 and “packing” it. WOW. Roosevelt all over again. Forget everything else on that but remember the political angle because in the end this is what it is all about, achieving a political outcome at any cost, legalities be damned.

Because I am a "lifer" in the military, I've seen the impact of a president more than many of you can imagine.  I enlisted with LBJ and saw just what a Democrat clusterflock was all about.  I went to Vietnam and saw how we were constantly and incessantly bombarded with micromanagement from Washington that got thousands of military people killed.  I sometimes wonder if I'll get to heaven, but if I go to hell, I'm sure I'll still be a few hundred floors above that bastard Robert McNamara , LBJ, John Kerry, Jane Fonda, and yes, even the "hero" John McCain.

After Johnson "abdicated" rather than having his ass waxed, I lived through Nixon who was hawkish but allowed the generals (and there WERE a few real generals back then versus now) run the show.  He was so out of touch that he never knew North Vietnam was about to surrender when the Paris Accord was presented.

Only God could help us after Gerald Ford was beaten by Jimmy Peanuts who'd been funded by Saudi money.  The military

was turned into Section 8 and even the Whitehouse suffered the

austerity.

Then the light began to shine and Ronald Reagan

swept into the fray.  He not only loved the country and the military, they loved him back.  Esprit d'corps was off the scale during his presidency.  The Liberals were slowly turning into socialists, however, and about this time all the draft dodgers of the 1960's who'd been given amnesty by Jimmy Peanuts were turning out

college graduates with degrees in socialism.

Bush 1 was an enigma from the CIA and though he never did much either way, he NEVER DID MUCH EITHER WAY.

Welcome to Bill Clinton.  Clinton spent most of his two terms wagging the dog and creating the Oral Office, sending a bomber to blow up Qaddafi's tent and killing a goat or two, while allowing the UN to set up the infamous Black Hawk Down situation.  He made history by becoming only the second president to be impeached.

I actually felt sorry for Bush 2.  He was doomed to infamy from the start.  He thought most of America was still the rah rah patriots of WWII when they were simply socialists waiting to feed him to the sharks.

Then there came the Manchurian Candidate with a faked (OK Democrats, let's say "of questionable origin" to assuage your PC brains) birth certificate, who'd gotten a free ride through college under a foreign student exemption, and whose college records and complete life history had been sealed.  (We know more about Thomas Jefferson's bastard children than we do about Obama, Michelle, OR their two kids).  From his inaugural address, he slandered America and within days had begun to encourage dissension of the races as well as slandering

police who "acted stupidly."  That was mild to the crap that would come in doubling the national debt from what had been built by ALL THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED, feeding us bullshit about how Muslims built this country, and nationalizing American industries.  Fueled by George Soros' money and using the Air Force fleet as his personal charters, he appointed malcontents and traitors into positions of authority.  He trashed the Constitution by installing "czars" (interesting he chose a title like that) to bypass Congressional authority.  By that time, Congress was completely corrupt on both sides of the aisle.  No one had balls to impeach this charlatan.

Mysteriously, the lone outspoken conservative Supreme Court Justice suddenly dies in his sleep at an Obama pal's hunting lodge and the Supreme Court is evenly split.  Finally, Congress shows some balls and rejects Obama's nomination.  The Libertards aren't worried because the fix is in.  Soros has paid demonstrators to cause turmoil at all the Republican gatherings, Obama concedes that illegal aliens should vote as they won't be prosecuted, and Soros-manufactured voting machines are caught switching votes in certain precincts.  Hillary has cheated her

way to the nomination and her lies are completely ignored by the  brainwashed minions of sycophants who follow her.

But a shocking thing happened on the way to the forum.

Middle America had had enough and although the pollsters and the pipers tried to convince them not even to bother to vote, they were fed up with the denizens of the swamp.  It was time.  Florida was designated a "swing" state ignoring that all those old retirees living in St. Petersburg, and the fed up Cuban Americans of Miami weren't interested in their platform.  Ohio and Pennsylvania, where coal production was blacklisted and where Obama had ridiculed them for "clinging to their Bibles and their guns," lay awaiting this supposed "landslide" Hillary vote and creamed it.

The Socialist world of the Democratic Party disintegrated. An American who expressed unbridled love of country and respect for police, firemen, and military steamrolled across the heartland and the liberals realized their scheme was trashed.  A CONSTITUTIONALIST would be nominated to the Supreme Court and if the old hag Ginsburg who'd claimed to retire if Trump were elected would actually leave, the Supreme Court would have a massive majority of CONSTITUTION A LISTS for the next 40-50 years.

Now, the same party who'd ridiculed Trump on his comments about the election being rigged, started screaming that the election was rigged.  They even advocated having the election repeated.  They created mobs that burned and pillaged, stopped traffic, threatened murder, battery and rape of Trump supporters, and became the anarchists that the socialist dream thrives upon.  They run like castrated pigs for safe zones and use diaper pins as their national symbol.

This is exactly what happens when political correctness takes over and participation trophies are awarded to everyone.  They can't conceive how disgusting and subservient they have become.  Donald Trump may NOT be the best person for the job, but he's such a welcome respite from the candy-assed wimps who've been running the swamp that it's refreshing to see.  At the very least, Donald Trump derailed the Socialist train and bought us precious time.  If he only does half of what he's promised, we'll still be legions ahead of where Obama has dragged us.  Already countries who held us in contempt are lining up to be found in the favor of America.

So for you liberal lurkers and you half-assed fence-sitters, ####off!  You had your big hurrah and now your party is over.  For you staunch Republicans in office, don't gloat so much yourselves.  You've been put on notice by the American people that we're fed up with ALL YOU BASTARDS and if you don't start putting America first, you do so at your own peril.  You might want to buy a copy of George McGovern's

autobiography and see how shocking and humbling it can be for a professional politician to have to try to find legitimate work once he falls from grace.

This election was pure, unadulterated AMERICAN.  Hillary got beaten and AMERICA WON THE ELECTION. You can claim he's not "your president" all you want, but unless you forfeit your American citizenship

How Obama became the first communist president

The use of the state to spy on and infiltrate the campaign of a political opponent is the final proof of the truth that we have averted our eyes from for the last 14 years.

Barack Obama is a communist. Mild compared to Castro or Mao, but nevertheless a believer in state control of everything.

Electing a communist president was easy, although it took more than seven decades. While the steps were many -- Stalin's Soviet Union collapsed before achieving his goal -- the major ones are obvious in hindsight.

The quest began after Stalin stole America's nuclear bomb secrets. Roy Cohn prosecuted Stalin's spies. We hanged them.

Stalin got revenge. He placed a big fat target on Cohn, who went to Washington to help Senator Joseph McCarthy ferret communists out of the Army and State Department.

Many people confuse this with the House UnAmerican Activities Committee, which examined communism in Hollywood. Much ridiculed in the press (even conservatives mocked HUAC) look at Hollywood today and try to deny that communism lives on in America's entertainment industry.

The elitists ripped McCarthy, called his quest for the truth a witch hunt, and made his name synonymous with the type of investigative fishing expedition Bobby Mueller has engaged in.

The net result was you no longer could call anyone a communist in America. Not even an actual communist. We call them liberal, progressive, socialist, and even Marxist, but never in polite society may we call them communists.

The downfall of McCarthy protected the communists in our federal government. We put one -- John Brennan -- as head of our CIA.

Various Lyndon Johnson changes weakened state governments. Medicaid, which pays for health care for the poor, consumes 15% or so of state budgets. This has driven states to adopt gambling, state sales taxes, state income taxes, and more in an effort to pay the state's share

The Voting Rights Act of 1965 forced states to gerrymander along racial lines, a clear violation of the 14th Amendment. Johnson was too clever by half as states herded black voters into black electoral ghettos. This made it easier for Republicans to eventually regain control of the House.

The takeover of the academic world was a natural. Smart people are easy to fool. Just stroke their egos and tell them how smart they are.

Churches were easily compromised. Johnson in the 1950s convinced Congress to ban allowing churches to engage in politics -- using IRS tax exceptions to keep them in line. This is a clear violation of the First Amendment as well a repudiation of the founding principle of the nation: freedom of religion.

The Protestant church was a driving force in ending slavery. "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" is exactly what the title says it is. ("As he died to make men holy, let us die to make men free, while God is marching on.") Yes, I know Southern churches favored slavery, but the black church served as Moses for the slaves.

Revisionist history swept this aside. Obama refused to associate with the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation or the Gettysburg Address or Lee's surrender at Appomattox or passage of the 13th Amendment. Obama knew well that the deaths of 300,000 Union soldiers to set men free is a truth that undercuts the communist argument that ours is an illegitimate country built on genocide and slavery.

Indeed, academia now views the Constitution as a slave document rather than 13 colonies forming a unified nation.

But the churches did not go away into that last goodnight. Born-again Christians -- now called evangelicals -- broke away from the mainstream churches to oppose what eventually became the New World Order.

Communists hate churches. Stalin leveled thousands of them. Religion is the opiate of the masses, comforting them and giving them hope of a New Day long after this life ends.

This is not to denounce all the changes over the last seven decades. My goodness is our world better than our grandparents world. Race relations have greatly improved. the air is clean and so is the water. Mental illness no longer is a life sentence in a state hospital.

But many changes threaten the soul of America, most predominately the acceptance of abortion as a means of birth control, even as pills and devices should make abortion obsolete.

The Lord has given us tools to communicate instantly and globally.

But these tools also give the government, through its corporate sponsors, the ability t oppress.

Donald Trump poses a threat to all that power. When they say he is destroying democratic institutions, what they mean is he is taking back control of those institutions from the Deep State communists. His is a battle for the soul of America.

The Iran Deal Is Based on Lies! And I Think Obama and Kerry Knew it!

As one can guess, I have not been a fan of the phony deal put forth for Iran as to nuclear capabilities as put forth by the rancid Muslim loving ex President Obama and his head in the sand Secretary of State. I always felt it was based on lies and even more, Obama's entire idea being to stand behind his radical Muslim brethren. 

Well, the truth has come out thanks to the Israelis. Mountains of evidence proving Iran is still mounting a program for nuclear weapon development and more. And don't think for one moment I do not think those lying sacks of crap Obama and Kerry didn't know it.

Below watch as a real leader shows the truth and pray that President Trump, who has this information also does the right thing and cancels a deal that can and will end up in catastrophe! These radicals must be stopped and the world as a whole has got to stand up to them

December 7th. A Day To Remember

As all should know, today is Pearl Harbor Day. As such, we must not only remember that "the Japanese attacked us", but that in fact we as a country and more were saved by the blood and sacrifice of countless individuals in our military and more.

As the no count bastards on the left  (and some on the right) continue to rewrite history and in turn suggest that we had it coming and worse, one must keep reminding everyone of not only that "Greatest Generation", but all who have sacrificed for this country.

Far to many young people don't even know of Pearl Harbor Day. One of my grandkids wrote an essay on it and I was distressed when his teacher noted that while it was well written, she felt it was given to much significance in light of what she felt we as a nation have become. Of course she has the usual leftist/socialist slant, but at least she did not dock him on his grade for a well written paper, just got in her leftist digs.

We owe so much to our military and that does not begin with Pearl Harbor Day. The freedoms and rights we enjoy were paid for in life and blood. Pearl Harbor Day not only awakened a sleeping giant, but in fact was the grand emergence of our love for our country and more. We will fight to the death to protect our loved ones and our rights! And we did.

Now, far too many find it to be an afterthought and worse demean it and our fighting forces as well as what we stand for. This has to stop!

I cannot begin to express how much I believe in and honor our military. I am able to write this freely (although the hard left wants to keep me and others like me silent or brand us as hate mongers due to our Patriotic views) because of their sacrifice.

I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart and remind everyone once again that we are the greatest country in the world, the leftist pigs not withstanding. In turn I want to remind everyone with an ounce of a brain. Resist the mind washing and the rewrites of history by the enemies of what we stand for. We fought far to hard to lose our liberties and sovereignty to the Socialists and worse. And that would be a Dishonor to our fighting forces that is not deserved and should not be tolerated
