Racism On Parade and Obama, The Empty Suit

First, I want to make a quick comment as to the asinine comments made by Dr. Laura on her radio show the other day and her use of the N—word. That happened to be the same day I commented on the vile racism being shown by our friend Harry Reid. So let’s get this straight once and for all. What Dr. Laura said was despicable! In my view the woman should lose her show. There are no excuses or apologies that can in any way condone her actions. While we’re on the subject, Jason Whitlock has a great column out this week. In it he refers to a minor league manager who nastily got in the face of a gay umpire. First, there was a suspension, than he was fired as he should have been. Open racial hatred or bias of any kind is uncalled for in this society.

Of course, we all know there was the usual outcry from the left as to the two examples cited above, as there should have been! Hell, to listen to it, one would have thought nothing less than an execution would right the grievous wrong done to the victims of these two verbal assaults! But where is the outcry from the libbie bastards as to Harry Reid’s horrible racist comment as to the Hispanics? Well? Can anyone out there answer that? I see the usual apologists coming to his side, but not one “tut tut” from the left. You no count hypocritical bastards! And you along with the racist bastard in the White House have the audacity to lecture us?

Last but not least: Today I found this great column on the WSJ site. I’m only reprinting a small bit of it, but I highly recommend one read the entire column. It is a smart concise evaluation of the President or as I would say, “the empty suit”. I really wanted to center in on the second paragraph I’ve reprinted below. It neatly depicts the entire problem with our so called President. Our friend Obama is quick to blame. He has managed to show beyond a doubt his distrust (I would say hatred) in the American way of life. He despises the voters and public opinion. He is in fact a Socialist radical of the worse kind, but most of all, he openly puts himself out there as some kind of Godlike leader who should never be even remotely doubted. He is right, all others are wrong! And that folks is why we are in the trouble we are in now. We have an Anti-American egotistic bastard in the White House. The man is not a leader. He is a follower of a failed doctrine!

And worse of all, unlike Reagan, he does not believe in the American people, our system or our country in general. His every action displays to me a deep seated hatred for our country! Reagan may not have been a mental giant as many on the left would say. He was however a man who’s love for his country was unbounded. How sad that the American people so often forget their heritage until they’re slammed in the face with the type of vileness now coming from our friends in D.C.

It was canonical to this administration and its functionaries that they were handed a broken nation, that it was theirs to repair, that it was theirs to tax and reshape to their preferences. Yet there was, in 1980, after another landmark election, a leader who had stepped forth in a time of "malaise" at home and weakness abroad: Ronald Reagan. His program was different from Mr. Obama's. His faith in the country was boundless. What he sought was to restore the nation's faith in itself, in its political and economic vitality.
Big as Reagan's mandate was, in two elections, the man was never bigger than his country. There was never narcissism or a bloated sense of personal destiny in him. He gloried in the country, and drew sustenance from its heroic deeds and its capacity for recovery. No political class rode with him to power anxious to lay its hands on the nation's treasure, eager to supplant the forces of the market with its own economic preferences.

  1. I have had more than enough of Harry Reid. He is the weakest of national "leaders" of my lifetime. You can handle a lot, even if you disagree, if the leader is principled, but Reid twists and turns and flails with every breeze. Get. Him. Out.

  2. Lisa,
Precise and well said! As a Nevada resident, I am ashamed to be represented by someone with morals that belong in a cesspool. Remember one thing though. The electorate as a whole must raise their voices, not just the few. The cancer that is Harry Reid and the rest of the entrenched politicians in D.C. must be cut out now or our country is doomed.
Thank yuo for your comment! I apprecitate the discourse.
